Tina was born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area. She attended California State University, East Bay and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1997. At the time of graduating, Tina had been working in the retail automotive industry. After graduating, she began working at software companies specializing in servicing the automotive dealerships. In 2001, Tina moved to Elk Grove, California to achieve her dream of home ownership. She got married in 2003 and her daughter was born in 2005. At that time, she decided to take some time off of full time work to care for her young daughter. In 2011, Tina transitioned to working in real estate. She began as a transaction coordinator and short sale negotiator. She quickly began learning new skills and became both a listing agent and a buyer's agent as well as a certified home stager. Tina specializes in maximizing seller profit through staging and marketing when listing a home. As a buyer's agent, Tina has helped investors, first time home buyers, relocating families, move-up buyers, downsizing buyers, those buying new homes, and those purchasing rural properties. Tina currently serves the greater Sacramento area as well as parts of the San Joaquin Valley and Bay Area. She has been a Sacramento Association of Realtors Master Club Member multiple times. When not working, Tina enjoys traveling, geocaching, and spending time with her family. She also loves to be involved in her community and has volunteered as a PTA board member, soccer coach, Girl Scout leader, 4-H leader, and most recently, at the Elk Grove Animal Shelter. Tina looks forward to assisting many more clients with their real estate needs.
